Declaration on the obligation to inform – data privacy policy

Protecting your personal data is very important to us. We therefore always process your data in accordance with the relevant legal regulations (GDPR and TKG 2003 (the 2003 Austrian Telecommunications Act)). This data privacy information tells you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.

Contact with us

If you contact us by e-mail or using the form on the website, we will store the data you provide for six months, so that we can process your enquiry and respond to any follow-up questions. We will not pass this data on to any third parties without your consent.

Data storage

In addition to the above, when you purchase a product, your name, address, the product purchased and the date of the purchase will stored until the product liability expires (10 years). This data will be processed in accordance with para. 3 of § 96 of the TKG and lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for the fulfilment of the contract) of para. 1 of Art. 6 of the GDPR.

Newsletter

You can subscribe to our newsletter on our website. To do this, you need to provide us with your e-mail address and declare that you agree to receive the newsletter.

Once you have registered for the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a link you can use to confirm your registration.

You can cancel your subscription to the newsletter at any time. Please send a cancellation message to the following e-mail address: office@impactmanagement.at. We will then delete the data associate with your newsletter subscription immediately. This cancellation will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out in accordance with the consent up until the cancellation.

Your rights

You are basically entitled to the rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection with regard to your data stored by us. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data privacy law or that your data privacy rights have been violated in any other way, you can send a complaint to office@impactmanagement.at or to the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
